Our Colombia Decaf greets you with earthy aromas, peppery sweetness, and a lift of lemon from the dry grounds. As it brews, the fragrance deepens into cinnamon and warm spices, hinting at the complex cup to come.
Take a sip and you’ll find a gentle peppered basil spice with a whisper of bright lemon, unfolding into a cooling finish reminiscent of Earl Grey and orange spice. The dry, lively acidity softens into a smooth, soothing mouthfeel, making this a cup you’ll want any time of day.

Recommended Brewing instructions:
Espresso: 2/1 ratio or my preferred is 18g finely ground coffee and 36g espresso out.
Drip: 16/1 ratio or my go to recipe, 20g medium grind, 60g bloom for 30 seconds, the dole out the remaining 260g over 2.5 minutes for a total of 320g of brewed coffee.
