Our limited-release Christmas Blend brings together two of our favorite origins—Ethiopia and Peru—to create a cup that feels like the holidays in a mug. Available only for the season, it’s crafted for quiet mornings, glowing lights, and the moments you want to savor.
The dry aroma opens with lemon zest and creamed peaches, a bright and inviting start. As it brews, the fragrance deepens into earthy wine, grape, peaches, and blueberries, filling the air with richness and warmth.
Hot, the cup leads with red wine depth, wrapped around notes of ripe peaches and a decadent touch of blueberry cheesecake. As it cools, it softens beautifully into the feeling of fresh, crisp winter mornings—light, festive, and gently sweet.
The sweet acidity brings lift without sharpness, making each sip smooth, comforting, and unmistakably seasonal.
Offered in 390g bags and a 250g gift size, this blend is perfect for sharing—or for treating yourself during the holiday rush.
Recommended Brewing instructions:
Espresso: 2/1 ratio or my preferred is 18g finely ground coffee and 36g espresso out.
Drip: 16/1 ratio or my go to recipe, 20g medium grind, 60g bloom for 30 seconds, the dole out the remaining 260g over 2.5 minutes for a total of 320g of brewed coffee.
